Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns only for products received in a faulty, damaged, or incorrect condition.
If you receive such a product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the faulty or damaged item to be picked up within 48 hours. Upon receiving the returned item, we will initiate the refund process, and you can expect the amount to reflect in your bank account within 7–10 business days.


Replacement & Exchange Policy

We offer replacements and exchanges for products that are sent incorrectly, damaged, or faulty.
If you wish to exchange the size, color, or product, we will handle the return pick-up and redelivery process.
A return pick-up will be scheduled within 48 hours, and the new delivery can be expected within 7–10 days.

However, for correctly sent products, if you wish to exchange them voluntarily, there will be an additional charge of ₹180 per product to cover the cost of pick-up and redelivery.


Refund Policy

If you receive a faulty or damaged product and wish to request a refund, the item must be:

In the same condition as received

Unused and unwashed

With all original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by a clear unboxing video showing the damage or defect at the time of opening the package

This video proof is mandatory for any damage-related claims and helps us verify the issue quickly. Claims without video proof may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Once you contact us, a return pick-up will be scheduled within 48 hours.
After we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Refunds for Delivery Issues

If a delivery attempt was made and the order was not completed due to our logistical fault, a full refund will be issued.

However, if an incorrect address or phone number was provided by the customer — leading to a Return to Origin (RTO) — a refund will be issued minus ₹180 per Product to cover the delivery attempt cost.


Damaged Items

If you notice any damage upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately and contact us.
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Products received correctly and in the condition as described on our website are not eligible for refund.

  • If you wish to replace a correctly sent product for personal reasons, there will be a ₹180 fee per product for return pick-up and redelivery.

  • Socks are not returnable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons. Please double-check the size before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

We typically take 3–4 days to process an order.
Deliveries are usually completed within 7 days, with a maximum of 10 days.
In case of any delay, we offer express shipping options for your convenience.


International Shipping

We provide international shipping, and the cost is calculated based on the parcel’s weight and destination.
Shipping charges are borne by the customer.
The same return, replacement, and cancellation policies apply to international orders.
