• Frame/Protect: Handle by the edges with clean, dry hands. Frame behind glass or acrylic (UV-protective preferred).
  
  
• Placement: Keep out of direct sunlight — prolonged exposure will fade colours and damage the paper. Choose a cool, dry wall away from windows, heat sources, and moisture.
  
  
• Humidity: Avoid bathrooms, kitchens, or damp walls; excess humidity can warp the paper.
  
  
• Cleaning: Dust gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use water, sprays, or chemicals.
  
  
• Storage (unframed): Store flat in an acid-free sleeve/tissue in a cool, dry place. Don’t roll tightly or place heavy items on top.

Processing Times:
- Most orders: 2-3 business days.
- Delivery may take up to 15+ days.
- Peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas): 4-5 business days.

Shipping Times:
- Within India: 7-12 business days, and Tote Bag delivery may take up to 15+ days.
- International: 15-30 business days via India Post (shipping cost per official bill).

Replacements and Exchanges:
- Free replacements for incorrect, damaged, or faulty products.
- For size, color, or product exchange of correctly sent items, a ₹180 fee applies. Return pick-up within 48 hours; new delivery within 7-10 days.

Refunds:
- For faulty or damaged products, contact us for a return pick-up within 48 hours. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item.
