Care Instructions for Sweatshirt

1. Wash Gently: Turn the sweatshirt inside out and use a gentle setting in the washing machine or hand wash separately.
2. Cold Water: Use cold water with mild detergent. Avoid hot water and bleach to keep the graphics intact.
3. No Crumpling: Do not crumple the sweatshirt as this can cause artwork cracking.
4. Air Dry: Avoid using a dryer, as it can damage the graphics. Air dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.

Processing Times:
- Most orders: 2-3 business days.
- Tote Bags: 6-7 business days. And Delivery may take unto 15+ days.
- Peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas): 4-5 business days, and Tote Bag processing may take unto 6-7 business days.

Shipping Times:
- Within India: 7-12 business days, and Tote Bag delivery may take upto 15+ days.
- International: 15-30 business days via India Post (shipping cost per official bill).

Replacements and Exchanges:
- Free replacements for incorrect, damaged, or faulty products.
- For size, color, or product exchange of correctly sent items, a ₹180 fee applies. Return pick-up within 48 hours; new delivery within 7-10 days.

Refunds:
- For faulty or damaged products, contact us for a return pick-up within 48 hours. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the returned item.
